Hmmm... they don't speak an Uralic language in either Ulaanbaatar or
Pyongyang.  Mongolian's Altaic, and Korean's an isolate.  Mind you,
Altaic and Uralic have a number of features in common, but there's no
generally accepted relationship between them.
