It suggests to me that English is logographic
(?); that is, there is a "symbol" that looks
something like _letter_ or _ltteer_ or _lettr_ or
whatever which means 'an alphabetic symbol'.
It also demonstrates that we read English in
blocks or phrases, not words and letters.
