Mm, quite probably. How many do you need, though, to get a good approximation?

Also agreed. Hence why I said that there would be multiple "tests of
overall quality" - one for every axiomatic set of goals. Quite
possibly an infinite number of these, too, though I think most could
likely be encompassed by a dozen at most.
