    If it's not too late, I'd also like to join in.
In rtemmu, "I learned Swedish in Uppsala"
would go like this:

iunana itihk na zro`g~ashhe lr` svensk lr`
wuh rtemmu auag lr` upsala lr` no ris.

[Orthography note:
o` = /O/; g~ = /N/; sh = /S/; r` = /R/   ]

iu = speaker in the past
nana = (speaker was) changing at a "normal" rate;
            so (was) the next content-word: itihk
itihk = 1st person singular development
na =  the learning (considered from an internal viewpoint;
          the objective act of learning would require "kehs")
          (was) changing at a "normal" rate
zro`g~ash = learning (from the compound "ziyuo`granash"
                     ziyu = start; o`g = compounding morpheme;
                     ranash = remember; thus "learning" =
                     "starting to remember")
-he = with respect to
lr` ... lr` = proper name markers
wuh = unknown rate of change
rtemmu = language
auag = assertion that the next content word
           or phrase should be added to the
           ongoing description
no = remembered slow rate of change;
        (Sadly, I've never been to Uppsala, so I
          don't know how fast it is changing;
          I figure that cities in general change
          slower than people do, but fast enough
           to notice changes)
svensk = Swedish
upsala = Uppsala
(or uppsala; [pp] instead of [p] wouldn't bother
 rtemmu phonology.)

Dan Sulani.
