Indeed. If you're being extremely Argentinian, "está bueno" comes out
as [hta'GwI:no]. Seriously, this is substandard speech, but common
enough that there's at least one book with the phonetic change spelt
out: "El inglés de los güesos" (< "huesos"), by Benito Lynch.
