I did a few vertical scripts many years ago: Kazat Akkorou, Yortry, and
Sarkai. Kazat Akkorou is a somewhat Mongolian-looking script, and the
Yortry script is a variation of it. Crude mouse-drawn examples of the Kazat
Akkorou and Sarkai scripts are on my Kolagian Writing page at
http://www.io.com/~hmiller/lang/KolagianWriting.html . I really ought to
scan in some hand-drawn Kazat Akkorou some time; it doesn't look quite as
bad as that. There's even a bit of a language to go with it, but not a very
developed language even by my standards of the time.
