Sorry that some people misunderstood what I was saying here.  I wasn't
criticising Sally at all, and I probably shouldn't have followed up to
her, except that she was trying to be conciliatory.  So was I.  Clearly
it didn't work, so I guess you had better consider ME the bad boy of the
list as well.
