_Kväv't_ 'd be grammatical for me, but I'd avoid it since it'd coincide with
_kvävt_ [kvE:vt] (past participle) ...

PS, were we to adopt really strict IPAification, it should perhaps be
[k_hv_0E:v_0t_d_h]. X-SAMPA does have the potential to get totally
unreadable ... [t_d_h] for a simple voiceless aspirated dental stop!
