Actually, the /k/ in _skt_ isn't pronounced. And the long _ö_
in _bröd_ is [2:]. So, [franst br2:d].

And we don't have _franskt bröd_ in Sweden. We do have
_franskbröd_ though. :)

I think most people would make a compound of it, leading to
_västkustbröd_ /vEstkustbr2:d/. Not quite as implode-friendly. :)

Although, if one was actually to pronounce _västkustskt bröd_,
I think most people would see the humour in the situation and
pronounce it extremely carefully and make a point of the cluster
being so hard to pronounce. I know I would. :)
