Yeah, but as an adjective, you'd *technically* have to pronounce it
/vEstk8stskt/. So if "French bread" is:
franskt bröd /franskt brYd/,
then "(Swedish) West Coast bread" would be:
västkustskt bröd /vEstk8stskt brYd/
As Andreas pointed out, since that would cause many a nice Swedish mouth to
implode, it probably is usually realized as /vEstk8skt brYd/. God knows what
happens in allegro speech. :)
