It'd be pretty correct pronunciation of the noun _västkust_ "western coast".
If it's meant to be the adj _västkustskt_ (refering, BTW, to Sweden's
_Västkusten_ "The Western Coast" as a region), you'd have to realize the
endings in some way. In half-way careful speech I'd probably say
[vEs:tk8s:kt].
