   Prague - Prá /pra:/ (Praha would be possible, but the <h>
            is likely to be dropped)

Thus I'd suggest (etymologies according to the German
edition of Wikipedia):

   Beijing ("Northern capital") - Beying /be."jIN/ (Arodevo
                                  Nusimil /,a.ro.'de.vo nu.'si.mil/)
   Seoul ("capital") - Soul /sOUl/ (Arodevo /,a.ro.'de.vo/)
   Kagoshima (?) - Kagosyima /ka.go.sji.ma/ [,ka.go.'s\i.ma]
   Iraq ("Sunrise") - Hirang /hi."rAN/ [çi.'4AN] (Tibeno
                      /ti.'be.no/)
   Havanna (?) - Avana /a."vA.na/
   São Paulo (Saint Paul) - Kutingko Nuternu
