Where is Thumbkin? Where is Thumbkin?
Here I am. Here I am.
How are you today, sir?
Very well, I thank you.
Run away. Run away.
Is that the one? I learned it in kindergarten, but
learned Middleman as Tallman and Little One as Pinkie.
The rhyme involved hiding both hands behind the back;
bringing one and the the other out after the question
"Where is ____?"; wiggling the appropriate finger
while it was "talking" to its opposite; and then
re-hiding the hadns behind the back.
