I'm not sure what did it, but I think I must have impressed them=20
at the university when I sent a copy of the first chapter of the=20
Boreanesian Grammar (on phonology) together with my application.
So perhaps that's an idea that other aspiring linguists could do=20
to pep up their university application. Conlanging Rulz!!

Contrary to what apparently many believed, No! I'm not already=20
studying linguistics, at least not formally. But that's gonna=20
change. ;-)

Anyways, I'll probably be away for the weekend to celebrate my=20
recent 'conquest'.
