Someone else has mentioned Teonaht, which is well-known in these parts,
but I can't fail to mention Amman Iar, creation of David Bell (aka the
"Gray Wizard"), which is astoundingly well-documented as far as most
conlangs go (see http://www.graywizard.net/). I see that David has not
put up the last few sections in the grammar yet, but what is currently
there is commendable for its sheer detail (see for example its lexicon).
