I'm experiencing problems with my DNS service, and have not been able to
receive email for almost 24 hours now, although I can still send email. So
please bear with me as I read messages from the WWW listserv archives and
reply here :-P

It's not your fault nor your computer's fault... my DNS service is having
problems (on their side, not mine, and I don't know the details), so the
URL will not work until they fix the problem.
But anyway, here are the vowel values (orthography, Kirsch):
u [u] w [u"] y [y]
o [o] 3 [V"] i [i]
0 [O] a [a] e [&]
NOTE: the value of 'e' used to be /E/, but that was before I actually
*heard* what the IPA sound was like... now thanks to Taliesin, I now have
.WAV's of the IPA sounds, so I should be able to make a better judgment of
what IPA symbols corresponds more closely to what I intended. I've decided
now that /&/ is *much* closer to what it should be. I haven't updated the
phonology pages for this yet -- probably will do so soon. Just letting
people know in case my DNS service returns before I updated the page :-)
