Vassily gave you an example using mood; you could also use
non-infinitival verbal nouns or participles. "I want my going" where
'going' is a verbal noun that the subject desires; "I go, that is the
thing I want" where the sentence 'I go' is used nominally and placed
in apposition to 'thing'. Other possibilities exist!
