Definitely. Though to be accurate, I think "Fargo" emphasized our
upper-midwest accent just a bit much, almost to the point of caricature. As
I watched the movie, I kept wanting to say, "Oh, stop it!" Still, both
Fargo and my birthplace, though 3-400 miles apart, are smack-dab on the
Minnesota border, a veritable hotbed of Scandanavianism.
