Quite successful in its own terms. I would have a few niggles,
such as "hw": the w ~ hw distinction has fallen in most dialects,
and even where it is preserved, the functional load is very low.
I particularly like the preservation of the Great Vowel Shift,
rather than trying to restore the "Continental" vowel values.
