It looks like what people are saying is something like this; In almost all natlangs, there is no way to _always_ be _certain_; but in many (most?) natlangs, there are a few ways to _often_ be certain, and _always_ "have a clue". And the same applies to segregating words; and to segregating morphemes; and to syllabifying. Is that true?
