Sorry about the style; I didn't think. (I do that too much... *not* think,
that is.)
Anyway, being rather unimaginative while making words, I went with English
[dependency on] word order. I changed that with Runda, which uses SOV (and
postpositions).
No gender system; I planned one in a crazier moment, but it wouldn't do
anything. Currently, I plan to revise and change this language to make
a "modern" Sturnan, which will probably have gender and a modified word
order.
"Eiko" is a longer way of saying "of", used when you nestle genetive
phrases. For instance, "The tree of the knowledge of good and evil" would
be "a doru eiko a weinas eiko metenel ak melanel" (direct word correlation).
Generally, it's pronounced like Spanish, except:
E can be schwa or "eh"
Ei is the Spanish "e"
Dh is the voiced form of "th" (just like in Sandhi, so it doesn't make
sense to spell it "sandy")
(Spanish is the only natlang I know enough to speak; I've learned a
smattering of Latin and Welsh and a few others as well.)
I have a web page, but the languages section isn't set up yet. It will be
by the new year (I hope), at which time I will provide a link.
