Since I think I understand your phonology, let me show you how you'd
write it in SAMPA, which is the method we use online for writing IPA symbols.
I wish I had a link to one, but...I don't. :( Sorry! Someone else can
give you that.

The symbols for these are:
[b]
[k]
[d]
[g]
[p]
[t]
[T]
[D]
[v]
[s]
[l]
[r] = trill, like in spanish
[m]
[n]
[f]
[h]
[w]
And these are...
Vowels:
A ah [A]
Ai "eye" [Aj] or [AI] ar [aj] or [aI] or [Ai] or [ai]--whichever.
E eh, schwa [E] for "e" in "get" and [@] for schwa
Ei ae [ej], unless you don't mean a diphthong, in which case it's [e]
I ee [i]
O oh [o]
U ooh [u]>>
This is so we always know exactly what we all mean, and so as to get rid
of the problem of different dialects, where, for instance, "eye" can come out
[Aj], [@j], [AI], [Ej], [A:], [a:] etc.
