I think this is one of those places where you get to excerice your
artisitic license as a conlanger. Make up your own term. :)
However, if you *really* care, you could see what term(s) other linguists
have used to describe this aspect. I'd suggest anything by Bernard Comrie,
but especially *Language Universals and Linguistic Typology*.
