Rokbeigalmki is very receptive to borrowings from Proto-Elven and
Nandorin. Of course, it couldn't really be very receptive to other
languages since they have no contact with any other languages.
Although i'm thinking of a possible Númenórean ([numj@'nOriIn], notice
the /j/ appearing out of nowhere) contact with the Rokbeigalm some time
in the Second Age...possible borrowing of Adûnaic vocabulary relevant to
the contact situation.
