Qenaren Chevraqis is very receptive, mainly because for a fairly long
time in recent history the Qenaren were hired out as mercenaries in the
eastlands and they often brought home Strange New Words. Avren Chevraqis
is receptive to borrowings from El-Jheyun (not yet even sketched) since
it's the region's equivalent of China, rather less so to other borrowings.
