More seriously, to further Sai's suggestions, add in support for
generating a separate borrowed vocabulary for learned terms, like the
way European languages often borrow such words from Latin and Greek.
Obviously it'll need to be able to specify a different phonology for
the source language, and patterns of borrowing.
