The last sentence is something like:
"Can you read it?"

Subject: The 30-Minute Conlang: A Challenge or two

Yesterday my granddaughter showed me the "secret
alphabet" she and her friends invented for passing
notes in school. I suggested it might be fun to make
up a secret language that she could talk to her
friends with. She was very enthusiastic about the
idea, and so we grabbed a stack of paper and some
pencils and brainstormed for the next half hour. In
thirty minutes we created an entire conlang,
vocabulary and grammar, that she has no trouble
reading and writing, and with no need of a dictionary.

Your challenge, should you wish to accept it, is to
read our 30-minute conlang. Here's a sample she wrote
down off the top of her head:

Cobato muyu bibatu banudi lubazayu bisa. Baluli
dulayu hobbe ginu tohabbe wukina dodowa sobita. Banudi
kouta sokidabbe hobbe natevuteru gabo. Cidanu yitoku
tahakisa rodenada?

Your other challenge, should you wish to accept it, is
to design your own 30-minute conlang.
