Hm. I haven't determined the rules yet, but the form is that
of spelled-out English with encoded letter names, where consonants
are named with a following vowel and vowels with a following consonant,
with some grammar variance in word order and verb inflection:
Cobato muyu fibatu banudi lubazayu bisa.
cat my fat and lazy is
My cat is fat and lazy.
Baluli dulayu hobbe ginu tohabbe wukina dodowa sobita.
all day he in the win dow sit
All day he sits in the window.
Banudi kouta sokidabbe hobbe natevuteru gabo.
and out side he never go.
 And he never goes outside.
 Cidanu yitoku tahakisa rodenada?
 can you this read
 Can you read this?
