Quite. It should be obvious which camp I'm in!

And if you care whether they answer today or
tomorrow. I am under no misconception that email
should be anything like a personal face-to-face
or telephonic conversation.
If I make a transaction face-to-face or on the
phone, I expèct it to be accomplished at that
time. If I do something online either by email or
via a website, I don't expect any action within a
halfweek. Lengthen that to a week or fortnight if
by mail.
Lesson learnt: if you need a thing now, get it
personally or order it by phone.
