Sad to say, Indonesia is cutting down trees as fast as they can, tho not for books. Anyhow, only pedants write the reduplicated forms in full , everyone else uses a superscript 2-- kursi2, makan2, ber-jalan2 etc. Very sensible. On analogy of anak 'child' > anak2an 'doll', kuda 'horse' > kuda2an 'toy horse', toy piano possibly: piano2an.
