Precisely. Though not something you'd recite if you thought Mad King
Jocko had secreted himself in the crowd. He'd be the sort to do just
that, then recite a poem like this himself to put everyone else at
ease. Later, of course, he'd invite the participants over to his
spacious and well appointed dunjons for a little recap. Or, perhaps
in some cases, a decap.
