Encoder?
Or is that another system altogether?

PS.  Who has an MP3 file that I can test my RealPlayer on?  I can hear
Boudewijn's Lamay Neranmen.  I downloaded that version of RealPlayer
Plus
last September after my major computer crash.  If B.'s Lamay was
recorded
with MP3, then I assume that my RP can transmit it.
