Yes, I can: /k_hU<:d/ (that < I'm using for "less rounded")="could" and
/k_hu:d/="cooed". Oh, but wait a minute, that's between /U</ and /u/ not
/U</ and /U/... Dangit! If I come up with a minimal pair will they let me
make the symbol? I'll make it cool. I was thinking upside-down (or, in
other words, "regular") omega. Anyway, I found a symbol on my IPA font that
was a lower case "i" without a dot, and I thought that was it (it'd make
sense). But really, now, are there any minimal pairs between /Y/ and /I/?
