If I had to compare myself to either Jack or Will, i'm also more like Will
(I am SO not like Jack :)). Anyway, "Queen" isnt really derogatory. It can
be a bit perjorative as in "Those queens are always moving the fucking
tables around!". I jokingly call the Military guys who are stationed at
the Defense Language Institute "Dancing Queens" because they do move the
tables at our local bar out of the way to dance and they almost
exclusively are the ones dancing.
Side note: It's a common statement here that "All of DLI is Gay" and it
seems that way too :).
