A portable oracle!
Snakes and ladders....as in the cosmic rainbow serpent and its relations
with the DNA spiraling ladder?
Or a unicursal labyrinth-- path of initiation or translation to another
time-space?
As in the spiral path in Roger Zelazny's Amber series--that is the portal
between Shadow and RL.
I stood in the Phaistos ruins--high-sited, fantastic view-- last February
and wondered many things.
