[P] as in voiceless bilabial fricative? I think only Olaetyan and Niskloz
use it. I suspect it's more common than [f] in Olaetyan. Through the =
magic
of search-and-replace, I find that there are 23 occurrences of "f" in the
Olaetyan dictionary and 34 occurrences of "ph".
Hlererhoi has a voiceless w sound, which is similar.
