You mean lying to oneself to the point of believing it, even unto
brainwashing oneself? Hey, nice concept!
I guess that could be managed in Tech by using the middle (reflexive) voice
of the intensive inflectional form with consummatory marker (an infix) of
the verb meaning "to deceive", most likely. I don't have the word for "to
deceive" or "to lie (to)" yet though, but it's precise meaning would be
something like "to repeatedly and intensely deceive oneself to completion".
That's all one word by the way...
