Hehe, according to that theory, the very concept of evidence is meaningless, since it's always something that passes through the filter of your senses. Who knows if you're not hallucinating any evidence I could give you? ;)) (of course, all this is unscientific as it is unprovable. But then that's the whole fun of it :))) )

LOL. Usually they are recognisable because my Bs stay above the baseline while my Fs go below. But in fast handwriting my baseline is anything but straight (not surprising with me ;))) ), so there can be confusions :)) .
