They would include an English gloss, most likely interlinear, like so:
Slusafa'itanva walasagga'li suddika'wi
S-lusafa'i-tan-va   wa-lasagga'-li sud-dika'w-i
AP-create-3PlRat-Hab G6-word-INST   G3Pl-god-Pl

With a list of abbreviations, so I'd have
AP = Anti-Passive
Pl = Plural
Rat = Rational (Human/divine)
Hab = Habitual
INST = Instrumental

Of course, this is only one way of doing it, but most people will use
something similar, they might not use hyphens in the glosses, and might
even translate each word like so:

They-create by-a-word the-gods

can search the archives for other translation projects, to get an idea
of what we normally do.
