Actually, its a little more complex than that. The eldest child is named by swapping the first and middle names of the same sex parent. That is the official tradition. Its just that as far back as anyone can recall, the firstborn has always been a son, at least going directly backwards from myself. -- Fabian Don't you believe insanity claws?
