Zitwbata grammar -- readreadreadreadread

I've finished the previously uncompleted Zitwbata  grammar (no Lexicon,
though). Feedback would be appreciated.

I don't like it myself, it's awfully sterile.  But hey, once I've got SFZ up
to a reasonable standard, I can start Dialects, which'll be much more
exciting.
