I hope not. The whole point of using the term "language death" is to
make it vividly apparent what is going on.
As I recall, the discoverer of the knee-jerk reflex insisted that this
plain English name be used for it, eschewing all talk of "patellar reflex",
though this term has since acquired some currency.
Eschew obfuscation.
