Ash nazg durbatulûk, Ash nazg gimbatul, Ash nazg thrakatulûk Agh burzum-ishi krimpatul. This is just the "One Ring ... bind them" bit; the rest of the poem is only known in English.

The Appendices to The Lord of the Rings are quite explicit that the Black Speech was deviced by Sauron to serve as a lingua franca for his followers. Andreas
