I would only agree with that in certain words, and only when it occurs
word finally. "Thing" is always [TiN] for me, without exception, though
"running" is SOMETIMES MAYBE [rVniJ].

P.S.: I'm assuming, for convenience sake, that [J] is supposed to be a
palatal nasal. Am I right?
