Rick,
Thank you for making the magazine available. I prefer paper as I look at a
computer all day everyday. It is nice to read somewhere else. I am in total
agreement with you on your choice to publish in hard copy. If you are
mailing from home, please allow us, the subscribers to absorb all of the
postage costs. I used to run a business from my home and hated to absorb
costs that rightly belong to the customer. I'll be happy to pay whatever
postage is necessary. I have ordered my copy the first night you annoucned
it and await it with great anticipation!
Scotto

Thanks for all the comments about paper vs electronic distribution. I have
some pretty strong feelings about this so I am not likely to be swayed. I
have done my share of making texts available freely on the 'net, and will
continue to do so, but this project is different.
I will make sure that the next edition is less expensive, as I'm aware that
Lulu charges a lot for postage. I will probably mail out the next edition
from home and absorb as much of the printing & postage cost as I can.
