Actually, the Amish use the so-called Pensylvania Dutch, a descendant of
a dialect of Old High German (or was it Old Low German?), thus a cousin
to Modern High German. Yiddish is another good example.
But, as far as actual conlangs go, there's Damin
(http://www.rick.harrison.net/langlab/damin.html), which is used by the
men of the Lardil tribe in Australia, it's believed to have been a
conlang.
