If you are referring to the Eskaya, they are not from Micronesia, they're
from the Philippines. Anyway, their language IS a wall to communication
with other groups because they actually are a secret society, so their
language and writing would be a means to exclude everyone else (they say
they're descended from Sumatran Indonesians BTW).
