In Georgian, "first" is _p'irveli_ which suspiciously seems like a borrowing.
The other ordinals are formed regularly by a *circumfix* _me-...-e_:

2 - _ori_ > 2nd - _meore_
3 - _sami_ > 3rd - _mesame_
4 - _otxi_ > 4th - _meotxe_ etc.
