If you want to record MP3's onto a CD you need a CD-burner which is like a CD-ROM except that it records as well as reads CDs. You can buy internal (you install them in your computer) or external (freestanding which you plug into one of sockets at the back of your computer) You can get them at any good computer shop. No idea about prices in the US though.
