In Sathir [sa.'Tir]:
santoPa ostemi ki:toza uten.
/1st-non-fut-know "who" 1st-volitive-n.f.-pass.-take home inst.-def.-rel./
I simplified by just creating a verb for "to take home", but basically the
interogative "who" is turned into a conjunctive adverb by making definite
/ozemi/ > /ostemi/, and then a relative pronoun is inserted in the role that the
"who" refers to. So you can't elide it, like in English, you have to say, "I
know who I want him to take me home."
